Creating Campaigns

Once your site is connected, you can create campaigns using AI to design interactive components that appear on your website.
1

Click New Campaign

From your Campaign Studio dashboard, click New Campaign. Select the site you want to create a campaign for.
2

Describe what you want

Use the AI chat to describe your campaign. Be specific about what you want:
3

Customize the design

After the AI generates your campaign, you can refine it:
  • Change colors, fonts, and sizing
  • Modify text and CTAs
  • Add or remove elements
  • Adjust layout and spacing
Just describe changes in the chat: “make the background darker” or “change the button to green”.
4

Configure targeting

Set where and when your campaign appears:
  • Pages — show on all pages, specific URLs, or URL patterns
  • URL parameters — target visitors from specific ad campaigns (e.g., ?utm_source=google)
  • Schedule — set start and end dates
5

Configure display rules

Control how the campaign behaves:
  • Position — top banner, bottom bar, popup, slide-in, or inline
  • Trigger — on page load, after delay, on scroll, or on exit intent
  • Frequency — show once, every visit, or on a custom schedule

Campaign types

Connecting integrations

Campaigns can send data to your existing tools:
  • Email providers — Mailchimp, HubSpot, ConvertKit
  • Spreadsheets — Google Sheets, Airtable
  • Webhooks — Send data to any endpoint
  • Analytics — Google Analytics event tracking
Start with a simple campaign to get familiar with the workflow, then experiment with more complex designs and targeting rules.
