Publishing & Scheduling

Once you’ve designed and previewed your campaign, you can publish it immediately or schedule it for a specific date and time.

Publishing immediately

1

Review your campaign

Make sure your design, targeting, and display rules are configured correctly.
2

Click Publish

Click the Publish button in the campaign editor. Your campaign will go live on your website within seconds.
3

Verify

Visit your website to confirm the campaign is appearing as expected.

Scheduling for later

1

Set a schedule

In the campaign settings, set a Start date and optionally an End date for your campaign.
2

Publish

Click Publish. The campaign will automatically activate at the scheduled start time and deactivate at the end time.
Scheduling is useful for time-sensitive promotions, holiday sales, product launches, or coordinating campaigns with marketing events.

Managing active campaigns

From your Campaign Studio dashboard, you can:

Campaign statuses

  • Draft — Campaign is being designed, not yet published
  • Active — Campaign is live and visible on your site
  • Paused — Campaign is published but temporarily hidden
  • Scheduled — Campaign is set to go live at a future date
  • Changed — Campaign has been modified since it was last published
Editing a live campaign and saving will update it immediately on your site. If you want to make changes without affecting the live version, duplicate the campaign first.

Analytics

After publishing, track your campaign’s performance from the dashboard:
  • Impressions — How many times the campaign was displayed
  • Interactions — Clicks, form submissions, and other engagements
  • Conversion rate — Percentage of viewers who took action
